1- It is required for individuals with advanced disabilities to obtain a certificate of disability and comprehensive services issued by the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
2- A medical report must be obtained from specialized medical boards at the customs office, which includes the data of the disabled person and clearly indicates their ability to drive alone or with an accompanying person.
3- The vehicle must be directly imported from outside the country and at the expense of the disabled individual.
4- The vehicle must have a liter capacity of 1600 cc for all models and types, and obtaining a Euro One certificate is not necessary.
5- If the liter capacity exceeds 1600 cc, individuals with disabilities must pay the customs tax differences due on the higher category if the vehicle is of non-European origin. If the vehicle is of European origin and exported from a European country, a Euro One certificate is issued and the vehicle is exempted from customs.
6- The requester for exemption must submit a declaration stating that they have not imported a duty-exempt vehicle in the five years preceding the submission of the exemption request.
